Keynote Speaker at CASA of Kent County Event

Linda was the keynote speaker for an evening of poetry and storytelling about the joys and challenges of motherhood. The program, “Mom Always Says,” was patterned after the popular Moth Program (presented on NPR). She was introduced by Michigan Senate Majority Leader Winnie Brinks. All the proceeds from the event will benefit CASA of Kent County, Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children.
