Linda is interviewed by Jeff Milo for his podcast, “A Little Too Quiet” (sponsored by the Ferndale Public Library in Ferndale, Michigan). She is the final poet selected to be featured on the show to complete the celebration of National Poetry Month in April. In this interview, Linda discusses her new book, The Lake Huron Mermaid, a collaboration with co-author Anne-Marie Oomen and artist Meridith Ridl.
The conversation centers around the creative process as it’s reflected in the art of collaboration. Linda also talks about her other recent books–particularly, Bone Country, her first full-length collection of prose poems that was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize.
